My first ever meal prep on here! I'm pretty excited about this. A little introduction to why I meal prep - I am the world's slowest cook. That's the main reason. Yes I eat much healthier when I have food prep, it seriously reduces my food waste, and it's good for my budget. But it saves me SO. MUCH. TIME. I guess I get it from my dad, he would get home at 8pm from work and we would eat at 9pm. I still take forever when I do my meal preps, but since I do it all at once I'm saving so much time versus cooking something every night or every other night. And it's definitely something I'm working on.
